Clinical Cornerstone

Clinical Cornerstone is a quarterly CME journal that offers up to 8 CME credits per issue. The faculty, who are experts in the therapeutic area to be covered, is invited by the series and guest editors. The articles are designed to provide cutting-edge developments to the primary care practitioner. The journal contains two other features -- a Dialogue Box, which is composed of expert commentary following each article and CORNERSTONE Critiques, which contain thought-provoking commentary of the current literature relevant to the therapeutic area covered in the issue.

Making Systems Changes for Better Diabetes Care is a National Diabetes Education Program website that provides information, models, links, resources and tools to help health care professionals.

National Diabetes Education Program

NDEP is a partnership of the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and more than 200 public and private organizations. The website includes free clinical practice tools for health care professionals as well as patient education materials.

Primary Care Diabetes

Primary Care Diabetes is the official journal of Primary Care Diabetes Europe. The journal publishes original research articles and high quality reviews in the fields of clinical care, diabetes education, nutrition, health services, psychosocial research and epidemiology and other areas as far as is relevant for diabetology in a primary-care setting.
